Vol. 1

Chapter 1:
A short introduction to the 9 guardians as we learn about the basic storyline. The guardians are discovering that the Queen's powers are weakening and affecting the cosmos. As a result, it is declared that a queen examination is need to find a suitable successor to the title of Galaxy Queen. The story explains the introduction of the concept of the guardians being the servants to the queen with their specific powers which are called "sacrea". And the idea of the rotation positions to become a guardian in which it is a gift given at birth. But when a person is found to have the greatest amount of sacrea, they are taken to the Holy Land whether they want to or not. Zephel, the guardian of ingenuity was forced and taken to the Holy Land. A rebellious type who can not express his emotions well to others. A person who feels a bit of guilt for the previous guardian of ingenuity, who hated Zephel for taking his powers and position away.

Chapter 2:
Angelique was told to go to the Floating Land to partake the queen examination. But unfortunately, she wasn't really briefed on what the examination really was. She meets the cast during Dia's brunch meeting. There, she was excited and overwhelmed at meeting the people who serve the Queen. But soon realize that they aren't what she expected them to be. During the brunch, she embarrassed herself by being unprepared and giving an awkward statement. She was overwhelmed at how Rosalia presented herself and how perfect she seems to be. She still doesn't seem to know the concept well about the whole matter. In the end, Angelique is determined to try her best.

Chapter 3:
Angelique hasn't been visiting her continent lately because of her fear of the traveling device in the research center. She goes to Lumiale for comfort and advice and eventually gathers up courage to go, only to find that a volcano has erupted, as a result of her neglect. She rushes to Lumiale to plead for help since he's the guardian of water. But Lumiale try's to explain that his powers can not be used at this time, nor can guardians use their powers of their free will. He can only help later. By then, he can only heal the land after the damage is done. Angelique is slowly building up courage and learning the proper way to take care of a continent.
